Our signature blend

At The Pantry Café, we proudly feature 3fe’s most popular “Momentum Blend”, a seasonal favourite enjoyed in some of the finest cafés across the country. This blend is also available for home brewing enthusiasts, offering the same exceptional quality and flavour profile.

The blend is a carefully crafted mix of:

  • 45% Brazil - Sitio Vidigal: Natural, Catuai

  • 30% El Salvador - Nueva Granada: Washed, Bourbon

  • 25% Costa Rica - La Loma: Yellow honey, Catuai

This combination ensures a balanced and delightful cup, with a consistent target flavour profile of sweet, smooth, chocolatey, and nutty notes. It is suitable for most types of brewing methods. Whether you’re brewing at home or enjoying a cup at our café, the Momentum Blend delivers a rich and satisfying coffee experience every time.

Want to take some home?

This coffee is sold in The Pantry by weight, so bring your own container and fill it up! Plus, we can grind the beans to fit your brewing style—be it French press, pour-over, espresso, or drip coffee.
